Contract for gown and accessory purchases
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
I agree with the designer, style, color and size for each item ordered. I understand that custom measurements and/or custom length may not be exact. I understand that dye lots may vary from swatches. I understand that full retail price is required on wedding gowns prior to ordering. All other items require payment in full. Dresses must be delivered to you by Ivory & Ash within 20 calendar days upon receipt of the dress at our store. Customers will be notified by phone, mail or e-mail. I further understand that payments are forfeited in case the event is cancelled, without exception.
All sample gowns, ready for you collections, sample accessories are sold as is conditions with no exceptions. No returns or refunds. Samples must be taken the day of purchase.
Shipping fees may be applied. Ivory & Ash is not liable for shipping damages.

Contract for styling sessions
All fees must be paid in full before the session is considered scheduled.
A minimum of 48 hours from the scheduled time is required for cancellations or rescheduled sessions.
Refunds for sessions are forfeited after a 48 hour window.
All In-home sessions need to be animal and smoke free, without exception.
Our stylists reserve the right to kindly reschedule sessions if they deem the location unsuitable or unsafe.
