We love a wedding dress that gives us options. Because all of our indie designer dresses are made to order, many of our gowns can be customized with or without sleeves. Sleeves are one of those magical details that add a layer of interest to a dress and can allow a dress to move seamlessly through seasons. There are so many unique designs, fabrics, and embellishments in our sleeved gowns from detached to beaded to sheer!

From indie designer Karen Willis Holmes’ new collection, a sheer stunner with the newest trend – removable sleeves! Features detachable, Edwardian sleeves that pull up to the shoulder. The Cassie wedding dress is I & A owner, Annie’s favorite from Karen Willis Holmes’ Luxe collection. The dress is intricately hand beaded giving it a heavier look but has a sheer collar that adds softness. We love the sheer sleeves with beads vertically falling and the geometric lines of the beadwork that mimic the open diamond back. The high collar and slim silhouette looks great on many body shapes. This dress is all about the back with the drawstring draping down and a low line across the hips. Perfect for the bride who wants to infuse her day with drama and sparkle.
