We love a wedding day with two looks! Our bride switched between the Faridah dress from European designer, Marylise and Angelic from Canadian Lea Ann Belters’ Astrid & Mercedes line. Both dresses are easy to wear, light, and sweet – the perfect dresses for an intimate microwedding or a runaway elopement!
We love a wedding dress that gives us options. Because all of our indie designer dresses are made to order, many of our gowns can be customized with or without sleeves. Sleeves are one of those magical details that add a layer of interest to a dress and can allow a dress to move seamlessly through seasons. There are so many unique designs, fabrics, and embellishments in our sleeved gowns from detached to beaded to sheer!
Astrid & Mercedes wedding dresses are made one at a time by hand. A distinctive blend of something old and something new, the gowns are for women who plan to strut their vibrant selves down the aisle and create their own happily ever after.
Finding your dream wedding dress doesn’t mean sacrificing your concern for the environment or your unique style! Beginning your married journey with your partner should include a wedding day that reflects your shared values from the food served to the dress you walk down the aisle in.
Ivory & Ash was part of a summer styled shoot at the Barn and we fell in love!! The mood of the wedding was laid back with hints of handmade details that came through in the macrame style ceremony backdrop, place settings for the reception, and tied into the gown we choose for the day – the Kirsten gown.
Karen Willis Holmes’ Scarlett gown from the BESPOKE Collection was the perfect gown for the day. Scarlett is a dress that embodies both sweet and sexy.
